Rebate & Partner Program Terms
These terms summarize the general operating conditions used for Cursalis rebate and partner arrangements. A broker-specific or partner-specific written confirmation may add to or replace parts of this summary.
Eligibility must be confirmed
Eligibility can depend on the broker, client region, account type, account status, signup route, instrument, trading activity, and the applicable broker or partner program. Contact Cursalis before opening, transferring, or attempting to link an account.
New and existing accounts
Some programs may require a new account or a specific registration route. Existing-account linking or partner attribution is broker-dependent and cannot be assumed to be available. Cursalis cannot guarantee retroactive attribution if the required route was not used.
Rebate calculation and qualifying activity
Rebate eligibility and calculations are based on the applicable program terms and broker-reported qualifying activity. Trades, accounts, products, or activity that the broker treats as excluded, invalid, cancelled, reversed, abusive, ineligible, or otherwise non-commissionable may not generate a rebate.
Settlement
The applicable rate structure, settlement schedule, payment method, and any minimum payment threshold are confirmed for the relevant program. Timing may depend on when broker reporting and commission data become available.
Adjustments and reversals
If a broker corrects, reverses, withholds, or later invalidates commission or qualifying activity, the related rebate or partner settlement may be corrected accordingly. Cursalis may request supporting account or transaction information when investigating an attribution or settlement discrepancy.
Partner revenue sharing
Sub-IB, EA developer, community, and other partner revenue shares are agreed for the relevant relationship. The agreement may specify attribution rules, reporting cadence, settlement mechanics, client support responsibilities, and other operating terms. No fixed partner split is guaranteed by the website.
Program changes
Broker programs can change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue eligibility, commission structures, products, or regional access. Cursalis may update the related rebate or partner arrangement when the underlying broker program changes. Material changes should be communicated where reasonably practicable.
No trading incentive guarantee
Rebates and partner compensation should not be treated as a guarantee of profit or as a reason to increase trading activity. Trading costs, losses, execution conditions, financing charges, and market risk remain relevant regardless of any rebate.
